1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Veo 3 digital products offered by ReelVeo (including the Veo 3 Starter Pack, Veo 3 Premium Pack, related templates, updates, community spaces, or bonus materials, collectively the "Product," "we," "us," or "our") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not accept these Terms, do not purchase, download, or use the Product.

2. Product Description

The Product is a collection of digital resources (Notion workspaces, prompt libraries, video-creation frameworks, tutorials, and future updates) designed to help users generate AI-powered videos with Google Veo 3 or compatible tools.
Certain packages may also grant access to private community channels (Discord or equivalent), newsletters, live sessions, or other bonus content.

3. Accounts & Access

To redeem your purchase, you must provide a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Sharing, sublicensing, or reselling your access credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, code snippets, videos, prompts, and other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of ReelVeo (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Permitted use: Personal or internal business use to create your own content.
Prohibited use: Repackaging, reselling, distributing, or claiming ownership of the Product or any derivative work without our prior written consent.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe® or Paddle®).
NO REFUNDS POLICY: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to all materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or partial credits under any circumstances.
Billing issues? Contact support@reelveo.com within seven (7) days of purchase.

6. Updates & Changes

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the version(s) of the Product you bought, plus all future updates labeled for that tier.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, content, features, or delivery platforms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or inside the Notion workspace.

7. Community Guidelines (if applicable)

By joining our private Discord or forum you agree to:

Treat all members with respect; no harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
No unsolicited advertising, spamming, or phishing.
Comply with moderator directions.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion and without refund.

8. Disclaimers

ReelVeo is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with Google, Veo 3, or Notion.
The Product is provided "as is" for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Results vary by user; we make no guarantees that you will achieve specific follower counts, revenue, or view metrics.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelVeo and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the Product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelVeo from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Product.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product or community at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest revision.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law provisions). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
